Hi! Im Sam, and I am a fully qualified and insured Holistic therapist.  My love of alternative therapies started when I was introduced to aromatherapy and started learning about essential oils.  I had previously been working many jobs in the private and public sector doing admin and secretarial work, I never actually felt settled and sometimes stressed I now am grateful that I have found something that really makes me happy.  So, after leaving Norfolk in 2003 and taking redundancy I decided to train in holistic therapies, firstly in massage therapy and then reflexology, this then led to me learning other therapies, I knew I had a 'calling' so to speak to help people in some way and after qualifying in 2005 in Swedish massage my new pathway began!   

I have always had the belief that alternative therapies can help with healing the body, mind and spirit.  That gentle touch and listening ear are the first steps to being able to give you the best possible treatment and to help you on your healing journey.

Stress and anxiety in life, be it through work, family issues, an illness can affect the body over time and so having some 'down time' and giving your body a rest is a key factor in your overall health. By treating yourself to a massage or reflexology can not only help the physical side, but emotionally as well. Working intuitively with you as a person and listening to your needs are the first steps to healing you.
 
Reflexology may help arthritic/rheumatic pain, symptoms associated with the menopause, stress, anxiety and depression, insomnia, infertility to name a few.  As a therapist I do not aim to cure or diagnose, but help you on that healing pathway with a treatment plan.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). and am qualified in Reflexology, Crystal Reflexology, Swedish body massage, Indian head massage, Reiki (levels I,II & III), Natural Lift facial massage and Hopi Ear Candling.  

Using naturally sourced products including the Songbird range by Tui. Flying Wild products, which also includes a Vegan from range. These are organic and are made with pure essential oils. Soothing oils are used to de-stress and relax the mind and body and energising ones to give you that bit of a lift.
