My love of alternative therapies started when I was introduced to aromatherapy oils some years ago and loved how they can make you feel calm and relaxed.  I had previously been working in many admin jobs in the private and public sector and never actually felt settled.
I am truely grateful that I have found the healing world of holistic therapies.  So, after leaving Norfolk in 2003 and moving to Cheshire taking redundancy from a busy insurance company I decided to train in holistic therapies, firstly in massage therapy and then reflexology, and then it continued on...I knew I had a 'calling' so to speak to help people in some way and after qualifying in 2005 in Swedish massage my new pathway began.   

I have always had the belief that alternative therapies can help with healing the body, mind and spirit.  That gentle touch and listening ear are the first steps to being able to give you the best possible treatment and to help you on your healing journey.

Stress and anxiety in life, be it through work, family issues, chronic illness can affect the body over time and having some 'down time' and giving your body a rest is a key factor in your overall health. By treating yourself to a massage or reflexology can not only help the physical side, but emotionally and psychologically too. Working intuitively with you as a person and listening to your needs are the first steps to healing you. I always aim to work for you not the illness or ailment.
 
Reflexology may help with pain, and can regulate hormones such as in menopause, helping calming the mind and body and releasing tension in the body. As a therapist I do not aim to cure or diagnose, but help you on that healing journey with a treatment plan.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). and am qualified in Reflexology, Crystal Reflexology, Swedish body massage, Indian head massage, Reiki (levels I,II & III), Natural Lift facial massage and Hopi Ear Candling.  

Using naturally sourced products including the Songbird range by Tui. Flying Wild products, which also includes a Vegan from range. These are organic and are made with pure essential oils. Soothing oils are used to de-stress and relax the mind and body and energising ones to give you that bit of a lift.
