Reflexology is a complementary, holistic therapy which works on the premise that there are reflex points on the feet, hands and ears. These reflex points correspond to all of the different parts of the body, including organs and glands. By stimulating or soothing these reflexes, many health issues may benefit in a safe and natural way. Reflexology may work with the body to restore it's own natural balance and is suitable for most people. However, you don't need to be ill to benefit, you may just want to take the opportunity to relax, de-stress and take time for yourself. Having regular reflexology treatments may be ideal as a preventative measure. It is recommended that you have 4-6 weekly treatments depending on what your health concerns are.

Crystal Reflexology when the use of crystals is combined with the Reflexology session, the whole treatment is enhanced considerably. Many clients who find it difficult to relax or switch off, have found that they have a much deeper experience when the crystals are used. The treatment starts with reiki healing, and then a full reflexology session using Crystals on the chakras of the spine are placed gently working with subtle energies on the foot.

Many health conditions may benefit from reflexology, here are  just a few;

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Hypertension

  • Digestive conditions, such as IBS

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force Energy that is guided for the purpose of spiritual growth and healing. Sometimes it can be challenging as emotional issues are dealt with, however most clients report a transition to a better place and are delighted with the results.
